The first 30 minutes of our first consultation is free of charge and obligation free. We will discover what is your goal for working together, we will explain what we can do for you and together we will create an individualized roadmap for you to achieve your desired goal(s) in the most efficient and effective way. There is nothing specific you need to do or prepare for your first consultation. We are trained to draw all the information necessary to be able to determine the plan of action. If you then decide to work with us, you simply schedule a session using the tool on our website and let’s begin.

To prepare for the session make sure to:
- have a reasonably fast and reliable internet connection.
- have at least 60 minutes of battery life (for mobile phones and tablets).
- sit on a comfortable sofa, armchair or computer chair (preferably with armrests).
- position your camera so I can see your face and upper body.
- be in a quiet place free from distractions and interruptions.

The necessary technical requirements are now available in almost every household.

To make lasting changes requires teamwork. What is required during a session is your willingness to get fully involved in the techniques and your radical honesty. We will give you different exercises and techniques that you will practice during and after the session. This commitment on your part is critical to our success.

After your session you will almost certainly feel incredibly calm and more relaxed. Many clients also report an increased sense of aliveness and focus. I usually recommend that you find at least 15-20 minutes of clear time immediately after the session before you continue with your day to allow our work to integrate. This should be as free and clear of external stimulus and distraction as possible. (ie. phone calls, meetings, driving, social media). If you manage to take a nap after the session, even better, as all the unconscious changes usually fully integrate while we are asleep.

In addition to the work we do together, I will also provide you with additional materials to work with outside of our formal sessions. These will help you continue to deepen, reinforce and build the momentum of the unconscious changes you will be experiencing. It is often helpful to set aside a short period of time each day to do these easy and transformational exercises.

This depends on a case by case basis as every person is unique. Most clients experience changes from the very first session. Most goals can be achieved in 3-6 sessions on average. We work towards long term sustainable change instead of short term patches. Many of our clients see rapid changes and that inspires them to improve in other areas of their lives.

Results we produce with our clients often persist for years without need for a refresher. Some behaviour patterns can be reinforced by repeated sessions, some suggestions only require a refresher after a long time. Experience indicates that for addictive behaviors (like smoking) the behaviour patterns can be eliminated very fast and forever.
